Default Why? do you have a big stereo system or something?
If you haven't significantly increased the current load on the altenator, a high-output alternator is not needed.

Default Not too big, but my car is showing very low voltages under load, we traced it to the alternator
either it is ok and I need more power, or the alternator is going out. Either way, more power is needed. My aftermarket ECU doesn't like the low voltages too much, makes the car run like crap.

Could be a bad battery causing too big of a load on the system.

Stereo isn't the problem, and the battery has been replaced.. no luck
