Does RS4 parts like intercooler and oil cooler only fit S4's?

They should fit any car with modification ;) RS4 IC's are not direct fits to S4's
they require cutting or bending of a small part of the fenders, cutting or modifying of the hanger brackets, slight internal bumper mods and some shaving of the front radiator support piece - not sure what that's called, and custom hoses. With that in mind you should be able to fit them in any car 
The RS4 oil cooler should fit most cars that use a filter with a metric thread, can't remember what size. Again, some mods are required, but they should fit easier on new generation Audis
