yes it can but you have to convert the output.

What blocks do I need to read ? Is this stuff documented anywhere?

Default i'd assume all blocks are referenced in the bentley manual.
as for conversion .. i can only assume he means from kg/cm^2 -> psi. ??

Default This may be more interesting. Take a log of block #120 and multiply it *0.875
The informative thread is on vwvortex. In the 1.8T forum under thread that says Real dyno VS block 120.

Default Boost is measured on block 115. Your talking about a tq block that will let you
get a close measurement to dyno hp and tq numbers.
