Eibach Pro_damper or Bilstein Shocks for 2.8 Quattro with Sport Package?
I have a 98.5 A4 2.8 Quattro with the sport package. I have been happy with the set-up as a good comprimise between comfort and fun factor. However, it is begining to show its age. I have noticed its a noiser and a bit more bouncy over bad pavement.
Since I have the sport springs, which lower the car and are stiffer than a std A4, I am not interested in going lower or firmer.
The question is the Eibach pro-damper or Bilsteins would be a better choice? The archives has support for both, but that was about 2 years old. I also wasn't sure if those reported using the pro-dampers also used Eibach's pro-kit springs. (Which is another question, how different are Eibach pro-kit springs, and the ones with sport package?)
Any recommendations on going with the Eibach or Bilsteins for my 2.8 quattro with sport package?
