Finally installed the HR ultra coilovers...
This is just a report on my opinion of how they feel for people looking in to coilovers for whatever reason.
RIDE: The ride is VERY VERY stiff compared to what I was used to with the non-sport suspension. If you want to retain comfort DO NOT go with these. I live in the city(Houston) and if the road is not smooth you really feel it. Not for days when you have a headache. You definately feel every bump in the road. You can hear them too. Tiny little separations and cracks are very noticable now. It is more than I was expecting, but I am an all out car nut so I am pleased with the result. The best way to describe the feel....Go Kart.
PERFORMANCE: I haven't tracked them yet, but around town they feel great as far as performance goes. If you go too fast around bumpy corners your wheels do bounce off the ground a little, that also goes for going straight. They are most impressive when on a smooth, curvy road. It almost feels like you are glued to the road or on tracks. I'm not trying to impress anyone with this next remark...but where I normally go 35 on a curvy back road, I went 60 and it felt incredible. I was glued to the road and got basically no body roll. Also, there is virtually no diving when I brake and not squatting when I take off. Instead of a "jumping" feeling in between gears, you just go forward.
FINAL THOUGHTS: I definately like the set-up, however I am a wierdo. I doubt that anyone wants to go this route because it is really stiff and is not practicle for everyday driving unless you track your car often. It may be that it is my new toy and once it gets old I won't like it anymore, but I doubt it. Basically, ride=not fun, performance capabilities=really fun.

They are correct, they aren't adjustable. Koni's are adjustable.
There is probably another company with adjustability. These only come with one setting....STIFF AS HELL

Re: Hr ultra for me please. Great review.
Before you go and buy these I really can't stress enough how stiff(****ty in some people's eyes) the ride will become. If you live in the city then you will more than likely get tired of this setup really fast. If your still determined to get them, then go for it cause your probably like me
