Default Which First? Big Front Mount Intercooler? Or Exhaust? And why?
Cant afford both atm - so have to do them a couple of months apart.

im leaninf toward the FMIC to help reduce intake temps. Thoughts?

Default Go with a FMIC first
you may not get quite the same peak hp as an exhaust, however once your car gets hot you will retain alot more power witht the intercooler. Your stocker heat soaks very quickly and your power drops accordingly. Also bigger is not better for an intercooler...especially if you running a small turbo like the K03 or K04.

Default what do you have now for an exhaust?
Stock? If so, I'd do exhaust first.

Personally, I think the sound alone is worth the exhaust price.

Default Rule of thumb, you cant make more power if
you cant get the added exhaust out of the car. Exhaust will also help add more power to the upper rpm's.

Default Exhaust first.
Good power improvement, great sound, and even save a few pounds....then do the FMIC.

Default Exhaust First .. you'll love the sound ..
besides with all your slowass pothole dodging, you dont drive your car hard enough to get the intake temps high enough to need a FMIC ;P
