I would think that a twin turbo on that motor would be quite difficult. Considering how the subaru motor is a 4banger. But I have heard that is a horizontal engine as opposed to vertical. Maybe it is easier cuz the manifold is 2 and 2.

I don't know...go tell him to go on some scooby pages..there should be plenty of info on there.

I've read about HKS experimenting with a turbo in a 2.5RS. You might want to give them a shot.

Default It's possible...

My brother has being doing research and he found a subaru engine that's a twin turbo setup.. The engine is originally for a legacy.. Too bad it doesnt fit in the impreza though

Its definitely possible to put on a twin turbo setup.. Just going to be lots of custom work..

Default Go with a single

First of all anything is possible. Putting twin turbo's on a opposed 4 cylinder enging makes a lot more sense than say on an inline 4. There are many well developed and very powerful single turbo kits available for the 2.5rs. 300+ hp is easily available with minimal lag from a properly sized turbo. I suggest you check out vishnu performance as i feel they sells the best and most comprehensive turbo kit for the rs available. Also check out impreza-rs.com as they are a limitless resource for anything subaru related
