Garrett GT 25/35 Turbo comparison to a K-03

This Garrett Turbo has a HP Range of 350-420 HP.
It depends of Boost, Flows ect... to get it up over the 400HP mark.
whilst LAG etc is kepts to a minimum, it actually produced power 400 rpm lower than my previous GT25 which was rated 280-335HP.
