Default gas milage with REVO?

I was wondering how bad the gas milage changes when using revo?

Default I've seen ~2 or 3mpg increase w/ APR and GIAC during highway driving

I'd normally see 29-30 mpg highway when stock. I've seen almost 34 mpg on 400+ mile jaunts. Now the first month or so of being chipped is another story... 20-21 mpg ;^)

Default Re: I've seen ~2 or 3mpg increase w/ APR and GIAC during highway driving

so are you saying you get BETTER milage with the chip vs stock?

you mentioned APR and GIAC, and I assume (correct me if I'm wrong) that the revo would produce similar results to the APR. Therefore, can I assume that the revo also produces better milage than stock?

yes, I've seen better mileage on the highway as you are into boost much less.

Default most chips do....

advanced timing usually increases gas mileage, but I think the manufacturers don't do it because of emissions and engine variances.

Need to tune for the lowest common denominator, and some engines are worse than others off the assembly line
