Default log block 011 or 003 for total timing. And block 020 for individual cylinder timing retard

Block 026 for knock sensor voltage

Default You should log your misfires in each cylinder. That'll help you isolate it.

See whether it's one cylinder misfiring or multiple cylinders.

Default Useful link for all measuring blocks in vag-com

<ul><li><a href="http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/m_blocks/">http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/m_blocks/</a</li></ul>

Did it just start happening, or it happened when chip went in.

Default its been happening since i chipped it. but the first flash was bad

and had it reflashed in may. cleared the codes a week or so ago (was gone all summer, car was driven 2x while i was gone) and the codes didn't come back the few days after when i checked again. this weekend i'll try and do some more tests and log some data.

Default Well answer is a little obvious.

I would probably get APR to look at it..
