That is the same exact thing I want. Black hoses and a Forge BPV with the "FORGE" logo. It almost looks like there is tape or something on the hoses, but then there is a "Samco" emblem. Are they?

I didn't realize it was the A4 kit. I don't know nothing about BRITS, but Stratmosphere is selling the S4 kit, and it is indeed $500. Take a look at the link I posted above.
