Did he send any other runs to back it up?
Considerring some of the DBW K03s ran 14.3, I guess it's possible a K04 went 13.9 given the absolute best possible conditions.

yeah why not....
wasn't that on the J31 programming?
he trapped 3mph higher .19s faster than a K04 you already have listed. He'd have a better ET if he could launch his car better.

depends on the track, some use 0.000 as a perfect light...
unless it's a pro-tree, then they use 0.400
