H&R shock replacement in coilover

I have a set of A4 H&R coilovers and I need to replace the shocks in them. They are already off of the car. How do they come apart? or are they a one and done deal and you have to buy a whole new assembly

call AWE-tuning, see if they have a solution

cam you also find out for me if c/o springs can be upgraded
