is making a big turbo for A4's. $2000 for 215whp. Except they use stock manifold, don't mention injectors or who's doing their programming.

Sounds sketchy to me.

Default It has been discussed either here and in the A4 B5 forum. Look for teh thread here . .easier find :)

It looks to me like it is an ATP kit being sold by Garrett.

Default It is a hybrid and is not straight from Honeywell/Garrett.

That site is just owned by a Garrett dealer. They company that supplies turbos does not do kits or tuning.

Default Is it me or does that 8v kit look exactly like the ATP 2 liter 8v kit?

Even has the ATP manifold.

Default IMO it is definitely ATP. It is Garrett that is selling it tho .... I saw an announcement a while

back saying they were going to offer kits for various vehicles and to 'watch this space'. The attached link is that space and you'll see the link from egarrett.com to turbosbygarret at the bottom.

http://www.egarrett.com/products/aftermrkt.jsp</a

The instruction PDF's are almost the exact same on ATP and Garrett sites as well.

Default So if this is the real deal then its not a bad price

Considering 215 at the wheels is about 285 HP on a quattro car. Add a front mount and a few other goodies and it should be at 300.

Someone claimed 300 to the wheels with the prototype ATP "GT28RS" kit. Id like to see that one.
