Default Haynes Manual just cost me big $$$

I need to share this with people, to warn you to not depend on Haynes manual wiring diagrams. I just cost myself alot of money on my A4.
The anti-skid started faulting, so I used the Haynes wiring diagram to check the front sensors for continuity.
On page 12-28 the Haynes diagram says the wire sensor wires come out of the brake control unit from pins 6 and 7, 8 and 9. WRONG!!! I must have shorted the computer out, because now the ABS light stays on all the time.
I found out from a reputable source the actual wires come from out of the ABS control module pins 10 and 35, 14 and 42.
The Haynes diagram doesn't match the reputable diagram at all.
I wonder how many complaints Haynes gets from people saying that their bogus information cost them hundreds of dollars?
I've read internet forums where people always say to stay away from Haynes Manuals, buy the real manual. I should have heeded that advice. I've had problems with the Haynes wiring diagrams before, but I have never damaged anything as costly as this.
STAY AWAY FROM HAYNES!!! Sad they can't get their information right. You get what you pay for, I guess.
