Just bought a Audi A4 Automatic and ive only driven it home from the dealer and it jidders/hesitates after take off.

It did not do this on the test drive.

Car has just been MOT'd and had a full service.

The A4 has a 1 to 2 sec delay trying to take off from a full stop, which I have read is just something these A4 do. However after the delay the car begins to jidder

However it drives smooth once I increase the speed.

Please HELP!
Can has 3 month warranty so I will be going back to the dealer tomorrow however would like to hear if anyone has had the same problem. Thanks

ok...took it back to dealer he couldnt figure out what was causing it...however when he removed the spark plug it was covered in oil. he cleaned it off and replaced a cracked value and its not doing it as much..

he has told me to bring car back on friday and leave it with him

im scared incase its a bigger problem than he is letting on.

car studders mostly at undeer 20mph

It was the ECU car runs perfect now.

Did you add any octane boosters or fuel additives ?

No octane or other additives just had the transmission changed and problem was still there then changed the ECU and it runs perfect
