Default HELP!!! NEED Long Island mod friendly dealer....

to perform free alignment. I asked and was even honest about suspension upgrade (eibach/bilsteins) and they said no because I made a suspension modification. I don't understand, if they write "customer states check alignment, car pulling/drifting to right" why should the mod matter?

Default If I PES'ed my 2.8 and it was spewing oil from the head gasket, why should the mod matter?

They should fix it for free, right?

Default Nope. Your dealer is in the right

You mess with part of the car, they can't void your warranty service for the whole car, but they are under no obligation to fix, or even look at, areas you have modified.

If you do suspension, don't expect wheel free alignments - my car no longer even fits on my dealers alignment machine (they tell me).
