High rev on the 2.8L 12v
My car is a 1995 2.8L 12v [FWD]
The problem is it normaly revs around 800-900rpm's now it revs at 1800rpm's. I just removed the throttle body and such to get to the tie rod assembly then when I put it all back together I got this problem. Any thoughts? Maybe I put something back wrong. I was told buy verious people its a vac leak but if so where at most likly?

Have you tried the 12V forum?
1800RPM is a pretty big jump from 800RPM.
You can try spraying starter fluid around and see if the idle raises more.
Other than that, make sure the throttle cable isn't sticking, and that all the hoses are tight.

https://forums.audiworld.com/12v/
