Hoping someone here can help with my 20V CQ fuel injectors....
The Hitachi injectors this car came with are total garbage! What was Audi thinking of?! The failure rate is terrible. I'm thinking of having a custom made set. Any suggestions on who? RC Enginnering?
Marren Motorsports? These 2 companies I've been told know how to do the job correctly. RC especially because they use both Bosch and Lucas as starting points. Need to get rid of these pieces of Hitachi junk pronto!

Marren
did mine, they ultrasonicated them and flow matched them.
It made a VERY big difference.
They didn't want to do it at first, but money talks. They didn't have the adapters to work with mine, but they should now.

Re: What do they look like?
The rail is two pieces. One tube has the return line, the other has the feed. They run parallel to each other, and connect to the injectors at a common point (per injector).
The injectors have two upper seals, top most is 9.4mm OD x 6.4mm ID, 1.8mm thick. The other is 13.3mm OD (ID = ?) and 3.45mm thick. The seal at the head is 7.5mm OD, 4.5mm ID, and 3.05mm thick. Typical 2-pin connector.
