Default How bad is it to run the car with the crank case breather tube plugged?...

The plastic piece that comes from the engine before the T fitting at the back of my engine broke. So in the mean time I took the black metal pipe out plugged the vacuum line at the T and at the intake and finally plugged the plastic piece coming from the engine.

Do you see any issues driving the car like this for a day or two until I get the replacement part? Or is there anything else I can do...
