Default How can I tell if my clutch needs to be replaced?

Recently my clutch feels kind of "weird". I mean, it still grabs and the car is still drivable, but at launch, especially revved launch, it doesn't seem to be grabbing on as fast as before. Is this a sign that my clutch is finally worn out? How do I know for sure?

BTW, the car has 46k miles on it, I bought it second hand and used it to learn how to drive stick.
