remove fpr(carefully), 2 hex bolts, 8 clips on the injectors, unplug, then plug and play

Default It doesnt have to come off. You might have to...
remove the connector from the camshaft position sensor under the front cover, and then you can get the harness out of the way.

Default Yeah.. on my MY00 I didn't have to do any of that.
Just unscrew 2 hex bolts and rail just comes out enough for the injectors to come out. No removal of FPR required.
