How many people would be interested in an oil separator/catch can?
I'm looking to have some made, and the price varies depending on quantity.
Approx 6" tall, 6" wide, 3" deep, made out of 6061 T6 aluminum.
Could be configured as follows:
2 inlets, 1 outlet
1 inlet, 2 outlets
1 inlet, 1 outlet
Something like this:

Top (with example holes):

The ports could be on the top or sides, ideally be threaded for 3/4" NPT, and could hold roughly 0.7 quarts of oil (less if you put scrubby pads in)
The bottom plate would have a hole for a drain plug, or maybe a petcock of some sort.
And, of course, pricing (each, without shipping):
3 - $148
4 - $144
5 - $132
6 - $122
7 - $116
8 - $111
9 - $105
A smaller 6"x6"x2" version could be made as well, and it would hold ~0.4 quarts w/o filler.

Cost would be ~$20 cheaper, but I'm not sure if the small size would be detrimental at all.
Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

That's not an oil separator though, that's a breather...
I've got one of those already (JAZ unit) but the oil smell is starting to get to me.
The separator allows you to run the outlet back into the turbo intake hose, instead of venting it to the atmosphere.

I'm not sure yet....
There are a couple options for me.
I can put it where my old one is (where the airbox used to be)
I can relocate the battery (which is on my list of things to do anyways), and bolt the box to the otherside of the firewall, and then run lines through the firewall into it (this would probably have the shortest line runs)
Or maybe under the Coolant tank, on the firewall.

Question, Why does it need to be so big?
I was searching around on Jegs.com and it seemed like all their catch cans were about 1 liter.
How many miles would it take for the can to separate 1 liter of oil?
Is the additional volume need so that the air has room to circulate and separate from the oil?
