How/When do I know I need to replace my rotors? <more>
Sorry for asking what appears to be newbie questions. Althrough I searched for previous posts, I just can't seem to find any straight matter-of-fact answers for them, so I'm asking again:
How/When do I know I need to replace my rotors? If not replacing them, what about re-surfacing them. As I see my rotors right now, there do appear to be some "grooves" on them. Will this combined with a set of low dust aftermarket brake pads (such as Hawk Performance) cure the squeeky brakes problem? If I replace the rotors/pads, should I do front and rear at the same time? And lastly, are slotted rotors worth the money/trouble? (I don't track the car)
Thanks!

Got Bentley? It'll have the wear limits of both the brake pads and rotors. Replace if at/near that limit.
Brakes are easy to do ;-)
