With the huge K04 back order are any tuners working on an E05 based kit for B5 A4's??

How huge of a back order?
A friend bought an MTM SIII kit from Hoppen and they couldn't even tell him when the KO4s would arrive. Wonder why the backlog? Maybe, AoA has decided to drop the KO3 from the A4 lineup and replace it (starting MY 04.5) with KO4s? Hehehehe, I wish.

The E-05 is a direct bolt on for the A4 1.8T. You'd need gaskets, seals, etc......
and a set of 225 TT injectors. Once you have all that, get a K04 chip in your ECU, and you're set. If you want a package put together, email me. AFAIK, the E-05's are readily available, and the rest of the stuff needed should be as well.

Non-DBW is preferred in my mind. As for power & response,
I won't lie to you. All I know is what I've been told, too. E-05 is supposed to be stronger/more durable/slightly higher cfm rating, but basically the same map. Responsiveness should be either a little higher on the rpm's, or identical.
