The only code found was a bad O2 sensor, but it did not reappear after the testing. I currently have a bad motor mount. Let me know if any of the values look out of the ordinary, or if there is any other info required.

I have a 97 A4 1.8T. I'm running MTM stage 2 for software. I have a K04, Miltek exhaust, Z-flow fmic.

Since I can't log boost I can give you my best guess. On the first run above, I spiked to about 24psi, then tapered to 21psi, at 4k rpm the boost tapers to 15psi.

Default What block did you use for the knock sensors?

Maf readings seem a little low for a K04 runnng 21-24psi.

Which 02 sensor was the code for? You might want to run a log of the 02 sensors on a 3rd gear run to see what your getting.

You will always see more knock voltage on cylinders 1 and 4. This is because cylinder 1 has bad air flow because of the design of the manifold, cylinder 4 gets the hottest because it is at the end of the line for the coolant.

Default What first tipped me off was

my dyno pulls. I was getting around 130whp anywhere from 4k rpm to 4750 rpm. A nDBW car threw a stock box in their car. It put down 128whp, it had an exhaust so not completely stock but close.

My last tank of gas I was about 50 miles short, or down about 4mpg. My driving wasn't any more spirited than other tanks.

Default Email me a write up :)

I've actually been waiting for someone else to get back to me about putting in new motor mounts since the middle of May.

I'm going with 2.8 mounts. I was just under my car and saw how easy the access would be, but if he can get the parts cheaper than me it would make it more cost effective for me to have them do the install.

Default If your using block 026 then anything below 22 is fine.

Block 031 is what you want to use when logging 02 sensor readings.

Did you look to see what block 032 says?
