Default just one question....

any reason for positioning the inlets/outlets high instead of low?

In an offset inlet/outlet, I would think that positioning them low would allow the plumbing to have less tight bends which reduces pressure drop. I don't actually know if thats possible, just seems so with a quick look.

Also, more air is going to see the side of the core where the inlet/outlet is, so positioning the inlet/outlet side on the bottom puts more air in the direct flow stream for better cooling. I don't know what bumper you have covering it, but most of the bumpers seem to have more air hitting the FMIC near the ground. Again, I haven't tried to install one personally yet, but this is just some stuff I noticed looking at the pics.

You do all the AL welding yourself? Looks good. AL is a b!tch to weld properly

Default I had the cooler upside down but

after I made the intercooler pipe that goes from the cooler to the throttle body I foun out that it interfeered with the bumper brackets so I put it the way I have it now.<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/16015/dcp_0010.jpg">

Front end somehow looks like a late 80s Cavalier.

Default Re: Awesome!

Another pic he posted showed the the 2nd bank feeding the turbo from the underside...At least that is what it looked like to me.
