I was looking into a bypass valve for my 87 5kTQ and I came across this piece right here...

Now I need to know if anyone's ever heard of this thing and if it would be applicable to my engine. I'm trying to put as little stress on the turbo as I can till I buy a new one. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Alot of the TTers swear by the valve. I think it is a copied Forge unit.

and the fact that strat is or was a forge valve dealer. The only way to check is to open both and look inside.
