No.
Chips or ECU maps / program's are matched against your exisitng components. If you change one thing, technically you need to remap your ECU (new chip). Even changing the exhaust, needs a new ECU map, even though most people ignore this, and miss performance gains.
If you change the turbo, thats a major change, and will need a new ECU map (new chip).
In a perfect world, you would create a custom chip for every distinct car. There are some lucky buggers in england that can go to a tuner called AMD that dyno every car, and create a unique chip for that exact configuration. Its not that expensive either.

well depends what turbo that chip was for...
if it was k3, you will be ok with k04 - lots of ppl have done it. but you won't get the max potential out of it - you also need boost gauges and a/f gauge to check if you are running lean at high rpm (which is the number 1 concern.

so about how many hp will my car be just with apr chip and K04.
so if I only replace the K03 for K04 and stay with the apr chip how many hp will my car be, have apr cat bac in my car, and if I boost the gauges what would be the max power that it would be.

you are gonna run very similar to a chiped k04..
many ppl have done this, and the result seems to be chiped k04. you may loser power up top, but get way more power at low-mid.
anyhow, you need to get a boost controller if you want to tap out all the power.
if you keep upgrading boost, you gota upgrade your fuel as well..

don't really need any fuel system for k4...
except maybe adding a 4bar fuel pressure regulator, which doesn't really cost much...
i don't know what your car is... some of them don't need it, and some do.
boost controller - you can get a simple one, or some vw ppl run apexi-avc (i think) unit which costs around 390 ~ 490 (depending where u get it)
personally, i like simple ones, very easy to operate, and fast reponse.. but thats just me. its like asking do you like pioneer deck, or sony?

Yes and no...
...it will work but APR does not offer a program that takes advantage of the additional air a K04 can flow. They have two choices...a K03 chip and a chip for their GT25 setup (which costs about $4000).
