Default I need help w/APR chip w/flipswitch feature. After trying out a different ...
chip, I re-installed the APR ECU into my '01.5 S4. But I can only drive in stock mode, not chip mode. When I try to activate chip mode via the cruise control stalk, nothing...

I reactivated cruise control (Login #11463), ESP for 6-spd gearbox (Recode #06711) and did throttle-adapt (#060). Why can I not get into chip mode? I used VWTool to do this, not VagTool.

What else have I NOT done?? Also, have I cleared my personal 'security code'?? I tried 'unlocking' the system by entering my 4-digit PIN, but nothing.

If you have a spare stk ECU you might make sure you put in the chipped ECU?
