Default idle miss.
I noticed that when I am in park and running at idle...about 800 rpm or so. my car has a miss. It's really noticable and shakes the whole car. The miss happens when the car is cold or hot. what could cause this?

Default Check your maf readings with the vag during idle.
If the maf is going bad the readings will be slightly lower then they should causing the car to starve for fuel.

Should be in the 4-6 g/s range.

Do you think Spark plugs might have anything to do with it? I read that chipped vehicles delivering more boost need a colder plug by 1 or 2 points. Maybe the plugs have been fouled.
