I'm set on the bilsteins but eibach or H&R?????
I want to drop my 99 A4 1.8TQ but cant decide between H&R and eibach. I want the eibachs for a bigger drop but yet don't want them sagging to low. I hear the H&R's perform better but do not know for sure. What to do????

That's a tough one, I guess it comes down to preference and what kind of ride you're looking for.
The h&r sport springs are great springs, I've had a set myself and can say they're great if you're looking for a not-so-harsh ride, but better performance.
I've heard nothing but good things about the eibach springs as well, but I think the ride is going to be a little harsher than the h&r's. I've also heard some people complaining about excessive settling or sagging on the eibachs. That's an issue that I think comes down to the car, and the driver's personal view of how the car should perform with the springs, and I wouldn't let it affect your decision.
Your call, good luck!
