Default Leaning out >5500 RPM... (vag plots)

After the valve job and a new turbo, I figured I would do some logs on how the car is running. Well, the plot shows from the O2 sensor readings that it's running on the lean side past the 5500 rpm.

Someone suggested adding a 5bar FPR and a test pipe will help. Thoughts?

Default If these are vag readings you have it all backwards.

Your chart is for a 2001 which reads it in lamda values. For us that are 2000 and before it is the other way around. 0.86 is about 12.5:1, the lower the voltage reading the leaner it is.

Just fix your values, put 12.5 at .086 and have the afr # go leaner as the voltage drops down.

Default axis scale on right is for engine load (ms)

but the reading is right. AFAIK, my car doesn't do any a/f measurements. So, looking at just the left axis (g/s), you can see the pink and blue (aft/bef TWC) lines do run below the .85 after 5300 rpm.

Default I just read the bottom of your post. Your running a K04 with just a stock 4 bar frp?

All chips should be tuned for a 5 bar fpr unless you have upgraded the injectors. The injectors in your car are only 240cc and even the dbw K04 setups which are 270cc are tuned for 5 bar. You should call wett or ask others that are running the wett k04 chip to see if they are all running a 5 bar fpr.

Default Going to toss a 5 bar in this weekend...

Then do more logs. Hopefully, that'll fix the leaning out up top problem. Now, I just baby it... 5psi, under 4k rpm.
