Both of those places are "boutiques", mostly for Asian cars. They don't know their head from...well, you know.
Go to a true shop. I've dealt with Shine Racing for years and I really like them. Fair, good prices, know what the hell they're doing and they're a GIAC dealer. If you don't want to use them, there are some other decent shops in town.
