A400

I have Fikses for looks and race but want something in the low 20lb range for street. Must be 18's to clear the brakes and must be at least 9" wide to hold the torque. Dont want to pay a fortune but need a strong wheel. ANy suggestions in the 150-250 per wheel range, BTW what is a good offset to use w/coil overs. I run the edge of fender about 1/4 " above top of tires, but drop another inch for track. Am building new engine/SW so will need to be fairly strong/forged if possible. Willing to trade my 5 Fikse's for 2 sets of lesser wheels also.
