Loosing Boost Pressure! Help!

Default Loosing Boost Pressure! Help!
My boost guage says only a sustained 11lbs. boost. It used to be 14.7 to 1 bar sustained boost. I don't know what's wrong. Plumbing seems to be ok. HELP!

Default I have GS-4st2.
I have Greedspeed's GS-4 stage 2, no problem with the chip I think. I have been running this setup for 2 years now. I think my problem is with the mechanicals, the waste gate maybe?
