In the midst of beginning my newest project, I've had another idea I want to try......
anyone have an old torsen dif laying around? I want to weld one together to make a front engine RWD audi. This would be easy enough to just do in my A4, and would be hella fun! ;-P I've got lots of 1/2 used tires I could burn up....

ive always wnated to figure out a way to....
remove front axels and make it easily switchable from Quattro to RWD, maybe locking hubs or somthing and some sort of air locker as a center diff?. i need to buy another A4 or maybe even a 90. how cool would a RWD 90 with a 2.7T and a 6 speed be? hmmmmmmm

...you would just need a front transfer case, that would alow you to transfer 100% to rear...
ive herd of them being used on off road cars, but never on street cars...a rwd 2.7t would kick *** actually you could put in another clutch of sorts, that when engaged would allow the front wheels to have power, disengaged and they would not, then you could switch while moving...o the possobilites if only i had the $$ i would have a lot of unfinished projects
