Mods For A4 w/Tip...How much is too much??
At what point should I stop modding my car? I have a 2000 A4, FWD, Tip. I am just curious at what point the Tip tranny will not handle the HP from the mods. All I have now is chip and intake. However, getting ready to do manifold and cat-back, and would really like to do a big turbo upgrade in the next month or two. If I want to push 280-300 HP, is it reasonable to expect from this car(I think so), and will it trash my tranny? Thanks...

That is too high for the tip. You can do a K04 that would get you around 240-260 hp or maybe a PES
T28 Kit that makes 265 hp but that would be pushing your luck. You could always do the T28 kit and ask PES if they can do a chip that will lower the boost a little to work with a tip.
