can an aeb 1.8t motor be installed in a 90 series audi or is there preformance parts for the 2.8 that it is stock with?

I would say yes as I thought at least the front driver 90's used the 012 tranny. Seems like that would be your biggest hurdle. Plus I am almost sure I have read about a car 80/90 that has already done it. Good luck, that would be a great car to have.
