MTM Modified A4 for sale

FOR SALE: Adult owned, MTM modified 1997 Audi A4 1.8tq, 5 speed, Sable Brown w/ Mica clear coat, Ecru leatherette interior, all weather package, power package, glass sunroof, pre-wired for CD changer and phone, anti-theft system, dual airbags, original list was $27,440. The car has 93K mostly highway miles on it and is ready for at least another 100K. I am the second owner of this meticulously maintained car and have ALL records of scheduled maintenance and over $10,000 worth of aftermarket upgrades, which include the following:
Engine Upgrades:
MTM stage III 240 hp upgrade, including a K04 turbo charger and heat shield, MTM 240 hp computer chip, 5 bar fuel pressure regulator, Bosch spark plugs, complete 70mm exhaust system including a hand ported exhaust manifold and sport catalytic converter, Samco intercooler hoses, an intercooler air duct, and a K&N air filter.
Suspension and Brake Upgrades:
Koni Sport adjustable shocks, Eibach Sport Springs (lowered 60 mm), Neuspeed 27mm front and 19mm rear sway bars with new updated reinforcement brackets, A8 brake upgrade including 312 mm rotors and new carriers, Pagid Orange brake pads, and Ate DOT 4 brake fluid.
Rims and Tire Upgrades:
4 - 17x8 Borbet type M rims mounted with like new 215 45 17 Bridgestone Potenza RE 910's for winter.
6 - 18x8 Mille Miglia Spider rims, 4 of which are mounted with 225 40 18 Kumho Ecsta 712's for summer - the 2 extra 18x8 spiders are unmounted and have some curb rash.
2 - fairly worn 215 45 17 Bridgestone Potenza RE 71's.
1 - moderately worn 215 45 17 Dunlop SP9000.
Exterior Upgrades:
3M clear bra on front end and mirrors
Intercooler air duct
Clear corner lights
Bosch Euro Headlight (lens are cracked)
Stock US Headlights
Kamei front grill
Audi rings on lower front doors (ala Ur Quattro)
I DO NOT want to sell this car, but baby #2 is on the way and my wife will be staying home to raise them, therefore I can no longer afford the payments L. This is the fastest, best handling, nicest looking car you can buy for under $18,000!!!
