Well I've been under the floor to make sure that the computer didn't swim and to my surprise, it hadn't. One of the last things Audi told me (when it was in their shop, a waste of time) was that the computer had been modified (they would not touch it)! I still don't know what that means; so I'm looking at this thing and I have some questions.

There are two chips in there with a piece of tape across them. One says 'RS-2 top' and the other says 'RS-2 bottom'. Is anyone familiar with why/what this means (besides the obvious). I wasn't sure how to separate the sections; so I didn't go further and remove the tape as it began to tear as I pulled on it.

What do ya think?
