Default thanks Andy. Also, how do I keep the CEL from going on with a test pipe installed....
Does that particular test pipe bolt up to a stock exhaust?

yes LaBree Motorsports Creates them off a jig, which was made from an OEM cat.

I've heard people talk of O2 sensor simulators or of just leaving the second sensor exposed to engine compartment air ("clean air"). OneEighth / Spoonieluv has done some research on the various options, as he used to sell this exact test pipe. Good luck

forgive my retardation; what's the diff between a dp and a test pipe? is there a diagram of the exhaust system on the 1.8T anywheres?

Default Our cars are TURBO->CAT->DP
a test pipe, would replace the CAT and give you one long @ss downpipe.
