Need opinions on beefing up engine, please read and help.
Installed:Innercooler,Xs bybass valve, intake,electric fan conversion w/machined pully, uuc short shifter,GIAC chip,boost gauge,hand ported exhaust manifold. What should I do next, pullys, clutch, flywheel, etc.....

I think so also, but which one, I have heard that the ko4 is an easy alternative,but not the beat upgrade, any ideas.

Go buy a K04
You're increased the efficiency of the intake/exhaust flow path, and installed a front mount intercooler. The K03, while you will definitely see power gains, really cannot benefit greatly with your modifications due to it's inefficiency at higher RPM. You need to upgrade to the larger and more efficient K04 to take advantage of the mods...Sounds like everything is apart...go for it!

K04 is the easy one.
APR's stage III will make more power but is more expensive but you do get a lot. it sort of depends on what intercooler you have. if it's the turbo XS that requires GIAC programing, you're sort of limited to staying with GIAC programs and therefore, couldn't go for the Stage III. a K04 with an intercooler can be quite potent though.
