Need a quick response... will a woa stage 3 clutch only(not the flywheel)for a 99.5 a4 fit a 2000?

No, because the clutch is cut different.
Why do you think the shops that had the non dbw clutchs for sale did not sell one for the dbw. Actually juan was the first to offer a clutch for the dbw A4 1.8t, my car was the R&D car for that first few clutchs.
