New x-chip and a knocking at hard acceleration
just for a second or too, mostly second gear at 3k rpm when hammered?? She drives fine under all other conditions. Oh yeah, will these missfires be logged. Can I clear them. The dealer will be doing maint next week(sans chip of course). Thanks for any help.

Never seen missfire codes for knocking.
Give the chip a few days and all of the knocking should go away after the ecu adapts.
Yes you can clear all dtc's with a vag before going to the dealer.
