Default newbie to forum, need some help

So I've been having a missfire finally got it taken care of. Turns out it was the crappy air box restricting airflow to my turbo. Took it out put an intake in. No more hesitations. Thought I was good to get inspected. 2 not readys. One said catalyst. Is that referring to the catalytic converter?

Yes, catalyst = catalytic converter in this case.

If you wish additional guidance, it can be helpful to mention what kind of car you are working on. How many miles? What codes you are reading. etc........

2006 Audi a4 2.0t Quattro right around 100k miles
These are the original codes
P0455
P0441
P0300
P0303
P0507
P0302

I know the Threes are misfire cylanders once I took out the air box and cleared all codes. Those went away. And 455 is evap valve and I replaced that. I know if one comes on some otheres will come in succession
