Right now I have 270CC RC injectors. If I wanted to swap them for Bosch or the like, what other ratings/measures are there that I need to watch out for

you can get a used set of 8 for about $100. A new set can be had for ~$200, IIRC.

They're high impedance, have the proper connector, and the correct body/o-ring size (the 3 things to look for in an injector)

310cc @ 3 bar is the same as 270cc @ 4 bar.

what about S4 2.7T injectors? What are they rated at?

question for you then. my spec sheet on these injectors list test pressure at 43, and they are delivering 270cc/min.
So...in that situation the mustang injectors wouldn't work I gather

but I'm assuming the 2.8 runs a 4 bar FPR.

So 270cc/m rated at 3 bar, running at 4 bar, will flow 310cc/m.
