The 2.8L 30v (assuming so since its a wagon)? Seems to me that your best power option would be the PES supercharger. I don't know a thing about them however. Looks like a nice complete kit from what I've seen, if that matters at all.
Brakes, suspension, etc. I'd just look at any of the normal suppliers of bits for the A4q. Oruse the "Search" option at the top of the page and search the A4/S4 forum (and this one) for ideas.

the PES G2 supercharger is the way to go (ohhhhh my dream!!!). boosts power from 192HP to around 295HP. 
there are chips available for our engine, but they give you about 10 or 12 HP max...which to me is a waste of $$$ ($500ish USD).
they are currently holding a group buy on the S/Cs (until nov. 12th i think)...it reduces the price of the kit from $4995 to around $3500 (USD of course!!)
other then that, like the others said most manufacturers of popular performance parts for the 1.8 are also made for the 2.8 (and avants) -- ie - spring/shocks/coilovers/brakes/trannies etc
