I want to change the plugs and wires this weekend, it's about time, and wanted to know if there are any performance oriented setups for the 2.8. If not, are there any aftermarket wires that are recommended?

I have their 8mm wires on my car. They are same length as OEM, and use a cap to seal the plug well in the head. Part # 60239, $160.47.<ul><li><a href="http://www.magnecor.com">Magnecor</a></li></ul>

I've had both the 8mm and the KV85's on the CQ. Both are very nice. Vibrations and such lead to cuts in the boots and wires, and caused an early death of the KV85's after four years or so. Primarily due to the fact that a shop broke the loom holder into about 15 pieces because they were impatient when removing it to fix a really big mistake they caused (blew my engine).
