Poll for those of you running without any catalytic converters:
How many of you shoot flames on upshifts?
I was recently told that I do. I run 3" from the turbo back to 2 magnaflows. 5 cylinder turbo with stock K24.
I can hear it on hot upshifts in the lower gears, sounds like a loud bang or pop. I thought I broke something the first time, but I've gotten used to it. I've also melted some of the bumper around the tailpipe. Oh, well. :-)

Yeah, I thought that was cool too. Then I had to start cleaning the rear
bumper every time I drove it. Then I stopped driving it except for the track. Now I'm waiting for the engine to be finished, 'cause I got greedy with the boost. Buddy said I was doing 18" lingering flames when it was warmed up, while I was trying to tune...
